If you’ve followed me on Instagram, you'll that know I’m a big believer in flexible dieting and that awful word “balance” (I know, I know- but it’s true). See, I too spent years yo-yoing, dieting hard and restricting for a holiday or event, only to crave the food I missed so badly that I would go on a 2 month rampage after the diet ended.
I’ve been there. I was under fuelling, not training well and constantly thinking about food, wondering why my body didn’t look the way I wanted it to. Then I started truly learning about Nutrition and Fitness and I wanted everyone
else to feel how I felt!
I have a Bsc In Medical Science and I’m an MNU-Certified Nutritionist and am insured to practise. I had spent 10 years in Emergency Radiology, weighed down by shift work and was burnt out, so I switched careers, I ditched stupid diets in favour of understanding energy balance and how to manipulate my intake. I stopped obsessing over looking perfect and I started focusing on being healthy, strong and living a happy life.
